So my dream happened in a university building.( I just finished high school 2 months ago so I have yet to start university but I am enrolled in one and I'll start in october. ) And I was in a classroom, it was dark, most likely night outside of the building, and there were no lights opened but some light was passing through the windows so I was able to see the faces of the other people in the room. There were a couple of other students, but not many, most likely around 15 including myself, and none of them were people I knew. The teacher was the only person in the dream, apart from myself, that I knew. She was my math teacher in highschool, she was teaching the class at university as well (even though that wouldn't happen in real life. Anyway, lessons over, I leave and end up in the hallway, I believe I am waiting for someone to pick me up, possibly my parents, I don't remember, or I am waiting to meet somebody but no one shows up. The hallway is just as dark as the classroom and it is still night outside, at some point during my waiting period the teacher comes back and she talks to me a little, probably asking what I am doing, I can't remember. She leaves afterwards. At some point after she leaves I go to the bathroom, it is still dark, darker than in the hallway as the windows are smaller, there is no one inside, the bathroom looks a little dirty and old, the university is an old building after all. I go to the mirror, it looks similar to the mirror that I have hung up on the wall in my home in real life, but smaller. It got no frame and it's got a piece of it gone in the top left corner. I stare in the mirror and my reflection stares back, it's myself, looking with the same dead stare I usually look in the mirror in real life. My hair is tied in a top knot, as I usually wear it these days, but it's completely brown, its natural color, compared to the dyed red and orange stripes it has now. I look at my eyes and my right eye is brown, the same color it has in real life, my left eye on the other hand it's a vivid blue that shines outwords into my sclera, the pupil is also tinted blue instead of black. The light from my eye is the only light I've seen in the entire dream and the bathroom is bathed in a small blue light. I then wake up.
Dreams are complex and can have various interpretations based on personal experiences and emotions. In general, a dream set in a university building may symbolize a period of learning, growth, and transition in your life, particularly as you are about to start your university journey. The presence of your high school math teacher in the dream may represent a sense of familiarity and comfort in this new phase.
The dark and nighttime setting in the classroom and hallway could suggest feelings of uncertainty, fear, or hesitation about the upcoming changes and challenges you may face in university. The lack of familiar faces among the students may reflect a sense of isolation or feeling like you are on your own in this new environment.
The scene in the bathroom with the mirror can be a reflection of self-discovery and self-perception. Seeing your reflection with your hair in its natural color and the vivid blue eye may symbolize a desire to embrace your true self and let go of external expectations or changes that may not align with your authentic identity.
The blue light emanating from your eye could represent intuition, insight, or inner wisdom shining through in moments of self-reflection. It may suggest that you have a unique perspective or clarity on a situation that you need to acknowledge and trust.
Overall, this dream may indicate a period of transition, self-exploration, and the need to trust your intuition and inner strength as you embark on this new chapter in your life. It may also encourage you to embrace your true self and stay grounded in your identity amidst changes and uncertainties.
